How It All Began
Cross Our Paws Rescue was founded in 2006 by a small group of passionate women who believed that they could make a difference for animals that were homeless, neglected or abused regardless of age, breed, or background.
What started as a small group of friends with a mission has grown into a dedicated rescue organization with a network of foster homes, volunteers, and supporters across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.
Today, Cross Our Paws Rescue continues its mission with the same passion and commitment that shaped its beginnings, working tirelessly to save lives and create lasting bonds between animals and their new families. Rooted in a history of compassionate care and second chances for vulnerable dogs, our work is made possible by a dedicated network of volunteers.
